The once industrial side of the existing home has been opened to the newly appointed swimming pool and tennis court, and beautified with the introduction of traditional beach house elements. Additional guest accommodation is catered within the sculptural detached building which sees a beach house core pierced by a contemporary spear of steel and glass, standing as artwork in the landscape.
