In transforming this property we looked to create a certain ambiance upon arrival with stunning street and water elevations, providing a real sense of expectation upon entering. The sites proximity to the ocean and canal waters demanded a design with stunning difference while incorporating all the external finishes to ensure low maintenance and hassle free living. Extended on the water side is a galvanized steel portal which frames the view while aluminium battened screens ensure privacy for all parties.
